Social Media Expert

Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion: Curate and publish high-quality, compelling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to elevate the Alo Mundus brand.
• Community Engagement: Foster two-way communication with both potential customers and project beneficiaries, aiming to turn followers into customers and advocates.
• Impact Storytelling: Highlight the success stories of the local sustainable projects we invest in, creating persuasive narratives that resonate with both B2B clients and local communities.
• Conversion Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns with clear CTAs to generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive customer conversion.
• Analytics: Use analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to ensure alignment with larger company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a B2B company.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
