Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable solutions for our investment platform.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through reviews, automated tests, and collaborative debugging.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the platform is fast, reliable, and scalable to meet growing demands.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that align with company goals.
• Security: Implement and maintain best practices to ensure the secure handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-end development, preferably with a focus on Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database design, API development, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and experience with cloud-based infrastructure, ideally Digital Ocean.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
