Service Designer

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our users.
• Service Mapping: Create service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize the current and desired state of user interactions.
• Idea Generation: Use insights from research and mapping to brainstorm innovative solutions for improving user experience.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes to validate service design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement your designs into the final product.
• Monitoring & Analytics: Analyze metrics post-implementation to measure the effectiveness of design changes and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Service Design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of service design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
